What are HeyOrca Facebook DMs? 

This feature allows Pro users to manage Facebook messages within the HeyOrca Social Inbox. You'll be able to see all incoming direct messages alongside comments and mentions. HeyOrca's Facebook DMs feature lets you respond, resolve, and engage – all from one place.

How to use HeyOrca Facebook DMs

Getting started is a breeze:

1. Make sure you have the right permissions. HeyOrca Facebook DMs is available for HeyOrca Pro users. You'll also need a Facebook Business account.
2. Connect your accountsLink your Facebook profile to HeyOrca.
3. Navigate to your centralized inbox. Click on the Social Inbox tab in HeyOrca to view all your messages in one place.

4. Select Direct Messages for your Facebook profile.

Select Direct Messages under Facebook Messages in the Social Inbox.
The Social Inbox menu options include Comments, Mentions, and Direct Messages.

5. When someone sends you a direct message, you'll see a Facebook Messenger icon beside their profile.

6. Hit Reply to open the reply box.

Hit Reply to open the reply box text field and type a response.
The reply box allows you to type your response, and add GIFs and emojis.

7. To save time crafting a response, click on an AI suggestion. Or hit the Refresh icon to generate new AI responses.

8. When you're finished responding, hit Resolve to mark the message as complete.

9. If you want to view resolved messages, select the Show Resolved Messages filter.

10. To manage your messages in bulk, navigate to box on the left-hand side, and select the Bulk Actions menu.
