Meet Daria Benedict, social media spirit guide and Director of Social Media at Wondros, an independent global creative agency dedicated to solving complex communication challenges and building social movements. With over 15 years of experience in social media management and launching social channels for big-name brands like The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, Daria is an industry expert that many look up to for guidance and inspiration. The Challenge

#ScienceWorks was no easy feat - Wondros was tasked with creating and posting 200 pieces of original social media content regularly across 11 different social channels over the course of two years. HeyOrca proved to be the vital tool that Daria and her team needed to manage the high volume of content efficiently. With HeyOrca, Daria's team was able to schedule and publish all their posts in one place, streamlining their workflow and improving their efficiency.

How Wondros uses HeyOrca's Post Previews

HeyOrca's desktop and mobile preview features were particularly helpful in ensuring that the content was accurate before publishing. Daria and her team used HeyOrca's visual calendar of important dates and observances to plan and ideate content for each week, making sure that they were keeping up with current events and trends. The duplicate post feature allowed the Wondros team to create one post and duplicate it across all 11 channels, saving them a significant amount of time.

The approval and publishing feature made it easy to share content with clients and stakeholders for approval without leaving the platform. This saved them a lot of time and effort, as they didn't have to go back and forth between different communication channels to get approvals. Once the content was approved, HeyOrca scheduled it to publish automatically, eliminating the need for the Wondros team to manually publish each post.
