Using the Notes Feature in HeyOrca

What is the Notes Feature?
HeyOrca Notes is a great way to store text-based information pertaining to your brand or clients in one place on your Calendar.
You can format text and create separate documents for things like:
- Brand guidelines
- Content strategies
- Content templates
- Hashtag sets
In essence, Notes can be used for any written documents you want your team to have access to.
HeyOrca Notes is an add-on feature that you can add to your recurring subscription or plan.

How to Use Notes
To access the notes feature, click on the page icon on your grey navigation bar to access the Notes section.
To create a new Note, click the “+ Create” button located at the top right of your screen.
You can give your new Note a name, as well as format your text and add links or images to your content.
Once you are done editing your Note, click the “Save” button to keep your changes.
If you exit the editing space, click “edit” on that note in order to make changes.
