What is the Content Library
HeyOrca’s Content Library is designed to let you store and create evergreen content for your Calendar.
You can use it to create, organize, label, and get approvals on social media posts, without assigning them to a date or time to be published.
Posts in the Content Library can be kept there indefinitely, allowing you to send copies to your calendar whenever you like.
Adding Posts to Your Content Library
To create a post in the Content Library, click “Create Post” in the top right corner of the app and create your post as you normally would with any other social media content in HeyOrca.
You can also copy posts from your content Calendar back to the Content Library to save a copy or to re-use the post for later. In the Calendar View, click “Copy to Content Library” from the Post Editor, and this will save your post, as well as any post tags, comments, or approvals to the Content Library.
Like any other posts created in HeyOrca, posts created in your Content Library can be shared with your team or clients for feedback and approvals. To share posts from your Content Library, simply click the checkboxes on your posts and click the “share” button to generate a unique link that contains the posts you’ve selected.
